35ft houseboat for sale. This isn't the typical houseboat, it's in a category of it's own with a unique design, sporting a wood hull and a fiberglass finish.
It has a vanity unit with mirror and sink in the bedroom. Shower and toilet also in bow bedroom.
The middle of the boat is the wheelhouse. Has nav GPS. There is also another raised level where there is another double bed. Can also be used for storage space.
It has 2x solar arrays. The first system has 2 agm batteries with a 330w panel which powers the lights, GPS, sound system and winch.
The second system has 4x 330w panels mounted on the roof connected to a 300amph lithium battery and victron 250/85 charge controller. The engines start using their own individual batteries.
The comfortable lounge can be converted into another double bed.
Or can simply be used as a relaxing open air day bed
The boat has room to sleep 6.
Has 2 40hp Honda outboards that start without fail every single time, very reliable engines. Can tilt in and out of water.
Has 2x 40l fuel tanks at the rear under the couch.
There is a built in fridge, double sink, stove with cook top, table and plenty of bench and cupboard space. Fridge is a 3 way, 12v, 240v and gas.
She's got a shallow draught at 400mm which makes it easy to navigate through shallow waters and has no problem being beached.
The dimensions are 35ft long, 400mm draught, 2800mm above water level, 3200mm total height including draught, 2700mm wide
It has a front bedroom which has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed.
It comes with the plastic poly tender (engine not included)
