The Conscious Bootcamp is starting as free outdoor group fitness Bootcamp led by James Bartolo and looking to develop into a full Bootcamp centre with 5 sessions a day 6 days a week. Having years of experience in the army and previously having run a successful Bootcamp centre in Melbourne, James knows how to make sure you're sessions not only get you fit and burning fat, but even more importantly, are fun! Everyone is welcome to attend, kids, teens, adults and elders. Just give it your best shot! No matter your fitness level, you will get a great workout, appropriate to a level of challenge suitable for you. All the sessions use your bodyweight as the resistance. After the training session will be some light breathwork, positive programming meditation, mindfulness meditation, social interaction and networking. This isn't just about becoming fit and healthy, it's about connecting with a team of like minded people who support each other in all sorts of ways in these apocalyptic times. Together we are stronger, together we achieve more.

The first step in becoming conscious is to realise that the government is not there for our benefit. After that, there are many, many more layers to unravel. James has a great passion for sharing what he has learnt and educating people about the world and true nature of reality. If you are open to learning new things and are able to get along with people who don't share your same beliefs, then you are more than welcome to join the sessions! This is important because
