In regards to what to say when approached by a police officer, we have many documents here to run by. It depends on the situation, who you are and how much knowledge you have and the police officer in question. I suggest downloading them all and picking the script that suits you best. Or, with enough knowledge you can craft your own script or you will just be able to speak from memory.

I sent the 1st and 2nd letter before receiving this reply.
I then replied with my own custom built letter.
3rd Letter - Tax Reply To ATO Letter.docx
I sent the 3rd letter some time in April and haven't heard a reply. Also haven't paid any tax!
