1998 Toyota Hiace High Roof Van, is the long wheel base version.

This is a professional commercial fitout, a proper camper conversion, not a backyard throw together. 

Comes with a 300amph lithium battery, victron charge  controller, alternator charging system, 330w solar panel, 4k 30inch Samsung monitor on swivel mount, convertible double bed to table and couch, gas cook top, fridge and freezer, sink and running water, heaps and heaps of secured storage space, comes with cutlery, plates, bowls pots and pans.

May consider including all the tools and accessories, such as camping chair, Xbox and games, cables and wires.

Is a 5 speed manual. Recently had a clutch change as the old one was still working, but starting to wear out.

These Hiaces are very reliable and parts are plentiful and cheap to get. 

They use these things all over Africa and South America. They have been known to surpass 1 million k's.

The manuals are better than the autos because if anything mechanically goes wrong, it's a lot cheaper to fix than an auto. Plus it's a super easy manual to drive.

Can seat 3 in the front.

Has a 50 litre water tank stored out of the way under the bottom of the van. Can last up to a week or so with washing dishes and using for drinking water.

Does not come with rego, but it comes with a road worthy safety certificate.

This has a proper high roof, those pop tops are terrible as you always have to open and close it and are renown for leaking.

And you HAVE to have a HIGH roof! Do you know how annoying it is to try and get changed or cook while having to hunch over!? If you are under 180 cm you don't have to worry about giving yourself a crook neck or feeling claustrophobic.

No mechanical issues, working great.

Oil, oil filter and air filter changed every 10,000 k's.

Well serviced and maintained.

2.4l petrol. Can run on 91, 95 or 98.

All the lights and blinkers are working as they should.

It's not the fanciest looking campervan out there, but it is one of the best designed set ups you will find. For the size and price, you will be extremely hard pressed to find such a comfortable and well set up rig like this.

The vans that have the kitchens at the back or outside are a pain because if it's raining or cold you have to go outside to cook, or if you are in a carpark with other cars near you it's very inconvenient. This van has the kitchen area all self contained on the inside so you can stay warm and dry while you prepare and enjoy your meals.

No need to slide out your fridge either or go outside to grab a drink, this just opens up like a normal fridge for easy access whenever you are relaxing inside the van.

You don't have to worry about setting up your solar or upgrading it as this has a kick ass system inbuilt. Contrary to what people tell you, fridges use a lot of power as they are on 24/7, especially when it's hot outside. You have to have a good solar setup if you want to keep your food and drinks cold all the time, no one likes off food and warm drinks! It's not fun having your lights go out at 8pm either or being stuck unable to charge your phone or laptop. There's no stress with this set up, just park it in the sun and you're good to go!
