Local Leaders Guide To Implementing Utopia
A Strategy For Inspired Men & Women

How is a local leader meant to transform their government controlled, dystopian town or suburb into a thriving, organised and peaceful paradise?
Via one step at a time…
Without educating the people of your town about the problems and solutions, change is impossible.
When the people are educated about the problems and solutions, change is inevitable.
The answers to all of societies problems are easy.
We have a solution for every problem.
The most difficult part is not teaching people, it’s inspiring them with the desire to learn.
So how are you to gain enough interest to educate your townsfolk?
By making it fun.
By making the learning process something enjoyable and which people look forwards to.
What’s the setting?
Primarily via three methods.
The first being by deliberate conversation with people and by sharing this work for them to investigate themselves.
The second is by hosting small to medium sized dedicated educational events where you only teach and discuss the Utopian system.
The third is via a group event setting.
This is the big mover and shaker.
The group event will be a community gathering, music, dance, singing, food, drinks, games, quizzes, concerts, the whole works.
The curriculum for the day and night is to read out the contents of the 10 step process, play the videos, or to share with your people the same content in your own unique way.
The main thing is that the message gets across, the message of empowerment, mindset, current problems and all the solutions.
Inter spaced in the breaks between “lessons” will be fun and games, enjoyment, people socialising in a fun setting.
The setting itself could be outside in a local park or in a town hall. Whatever is available for you.
After each break, you can have a short Q & A specifically about the lesson that was just taught or shared. The lesson being for example “what is Utopia” or “Step 4 – Objective morality” or “The 1st Utopian principle of leadership” or “Community protection from the voluntarism story”.
It's best to start with The 10 Step Process To Creating a World Utopian Civilisation, then go through the other teachings.
The event could start on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm with people socialising, eating and drinking (non-alcoholic), live music playing and good vibes.
At 4.30pm, the first lesson, greeting and introduction could begin.
The lessons could be 1 hour each with two lessons per event.
For example, event starts at 3pm, 1st lesson starts 4.30pm, 5.30pm first break starts, 6pm 2nd lesson starts, 7pm 2nd break starts, 7.30pm final discussion, 8pm socialise and wrap up.
Having breaks between lessons allows people to discuss with each other what they have just learnt, meet new people and build new connections, especially based on what the lesson covered.
This is not a protest, rally or march.
This is a community social gathering, a fun event that all are welcome to attend, people local and people far, the more the merrier.
The first objective to building Utopia is to ensure the people are educated.
Even if in the beginning the people don’t resonate with the idea, because it’s so new and they don’t understand the full picture yet, it doesn't matter, it matters that they will be talking about the idea.
Continue planning and hosting these events until the people are educated and start wanting to form the peoples council and actually implementing the Utopian plan.
Until the people begin to approach you, the leader who initiated the 10 step process, asking what’s next, then more education is required.
It may be best to teach the entire system before forming the peoples council and PMA etc..
Once the people can clearly see the potential of the Utopian system, there will be nothing that will stop them from beginning to build a better community.
You may need to run these events once per month, or ideally, once per week. Do the best you can.
The sooner you educate the people, the sooner you can begin the transition and get to work.
As a local leader, it will be your responsibility to network and connect with other local leaders who can assist you.
If you are by yourself for now, that’s fine.
You’ll quickly learn how to become a jack of all trades.
Your team will come, with time.
When organising group events to educate people on the Utopian systems theory, or vision for Utopia, there are a few key elements that need to be sorted.
Marketing.
Event planning.
Speakers.
Location.
Amenities.
Funds.
The first step would be to find a few other people who are leaders or who have leadership potential.
They don’t need to be the best of the best, just be willing to assist you in the planning and speaking at the community events.
Speak to the current council and police and inform them that you wish to host such an event and that they are all invited. Check to make sure the location you want will be available for the amount of people you expect, from the hundreds to the thousands.
Let the police know that you hope they can come as themselves, not in uniform, as the peaceful non-alcoholic event won’t be requiring security. If they insist, tell them you know they’ll do their best to maintain the peace, but you’ll aim to do your job so well they won’t have to do theirs.
Having alcohol at the event is sure to complicate things and increase the chance of problems 10 fold. It’s not worth the hassle or risk. Stick to all the other tasty drinks that are available.
Make sure there will be enough toilets and enough space for people to stand or sit.
Do your best to have enough parking or public transport for people to arrive and depart.
Ideally plan the event on a day that is not raining, unless it is to be indoors.
Kids face painting, games, activities and toys can be very useful in keeping the kids busy and playful during the breaks and will reassure and encourage parents to attend.
We don't want people waving flags or handing out brochures that are not related to what we are there to discuss. This would only serve to distract from our message and usually attracts fanatics who lower the vibe for everyone.
Inform people that they are free to share messages about Jesus, communist china and republics etc... outside of the event.
People are free to setup stalls and sell things, but nothing which could lower the high frequency happy vibrations we are going for.
The events are meant to be very positive and high energy events to motivate, inspire and excite people about the possibility of a better tomorrow.
We don’t want to do anything at these events which may cause fear or excessively focus on problems.
We have to remember that many people have not acted already because they are scared. We need to create an environment of joy which allows people to relax and take in new information without any kind of fear.
Excessive talk about government corruption, western ‘medicine’ and ‘agendas’ is sure to lower the vibration and scare many people away. These topics are of course important, but are best explained via the 10 step process, which clearly highlights the problem but then immediately provides a solution.
Fear dwelling on problems isn’t beneficial.
The aim of these events is to have such a good time that people talk about the event to their friends and want to come back to have more fun and learn more.
If planned correctly, you will be primarily using volunteers and services which other people will pay for, such as food trucks or face painting.
If musicians, venues or anyone/anything else requires payment, then you can ask for donations.
Don’t pressure people into donating, just let them know what the donations are for, how much you need to cover what and if you don't receive them, then next time you won’t be able to do such and such.
If you are honest and have clear intentions and goals for you donations and don’t pressure people, they are much more likely to donate.
It’s best if you as the leader don’t take any donations for your time as this is sending the exact opposite message of the Utopian vision.
Practice what you preach and be a power of example.
This part will require you to be super pro-active.
Ideally, gather as many helpers as you can.
Have a professional looking design made which you can print out and stick around town and letterbox drop.
Make the flyers with all the relevant info, such as date, time, location, activities and objective.
Here’s an example.

Avoid polarising words in the flyers, like the words freedom and especially revolution.
Make it appear as inclusive as possible.
Have a fancy coloured picture in the background. Make sure it is made by a professional.
Stick these flyers at the supermarket, on public notice boards, go to every business in town and ask to stick them up and hand them flyers.
Build an elevator pitch to explain the event and it’s goals in a few minutes so you can easily explain to people what it’s about.
You want to host a free event that’s for everyone, raise community spirits and share new ideas on improving the town.
You’ve come across a new model for social interaction called the 10 steps to Utopia, or Utopianism, which is primarily based upon voluntarism and peaceful co-existence.
It’s a comprehensive systems theory that provides great solutions that can improve the quality of life for everyone.
It doesn't cause you or anyone to lose anything and only invites you in if you want to gain.
It’s a win win system for everyone.
It can improve peoples lives by offering better ideas on achieving justice, teaching people how they can work less, save more money and have more, at higher quality standards.
It teaches us ways how we can more effectively manage our community.
You can ask people what their two top personal and community problems are and show how this system can provide remedies to their issues.
Build local community Facebook and social media groups.
Share content and reminders daily before the event.
Take pictures and videos at the event to improve future marketing.
Take flyers with you everywhere you go and hand them out to people you meet.
The reason you are doing this is because you deeply care about the well being of your community and fellow townsfolk. Along with yourself and your family of course.
Drop flyers into every letter box in town, commercial and residential.
Ensure everyone in your town is at least aware of the event.
You may need to spend a fair bit of your own money on the printing.
You can ask the people at the event for donations to reimburse the amount you had to spend to make the event happen.
You can’t overkill it on the marketing.
If you have everything else perfect, but fail to market correctly, no one will show.
So make sure you put the most effort out of everything into marketing and spreading the word.
Ensure that at every event you refer people to the 10 steps website or a pdf version that you have remade. Whatever you do, just make sure to let people know that if they want to research the Utopian idea further, they can.
Once you run 5-10 events over however long it takes to educate people and people begin asking you what to do next, then begin organising the peoples council.
If for whatever reason your big events aren't as successful as you hoped, be innovative, take the initiative and figure out other ways to educate and spread the message.
Don’t give up until you’ve given it at least 5 years at the minimum of solid effort.
Some people are slower to change than others.
Once your townsfolk have a reasonable awareness of the problems and solutions, you can move on to the next steps.
Create your community declaration, organise meetings every week and begin discussing ideas.
Build up your membership base until you have over 51% of the town part of your community’s PMA.
Start the contributionism membership system.
Place a heavy focus on building up and inspiring as many other people as you can to be leaders.
The more leaders you have helping, the better and more successful this strategy will be.
When you do, start implementing the principles and steps in the order which seems most appropriate at the time.
Follow the Utopian system and use your own discernment and reason to make the best choices you can.
If you have any feedback about the 10 step process and Utopian system in general, make sure you give it so then the system can be updated in accordance with real world evaluation.
Keep on learning and evolving.
You can do this, one step at a time.
