But, to take it one step further, what we can do is form what is known as a PMA, a private membership association, with our own jurisdiction, operations, management, requirements and processes.

We make a document called The Community Of Frocksville Declaration Of Independence, or something similar, and we form a private members only group.

The PMA is run in accordance to The Utopian Mindset & Utopian Principles.

Our community becomes a voluntary community, all interaction is conducted via consent.

Our objective is to peacefully co-exist and live with each other.

All the people who live inside the border of Frocksville are welcome to join us.

When someone joins our PMA or ‘The Community Of Frocksville’, they will become a member of this peoples council.”

Larry waved his hand at the crowd.

“We will form our own community protection service that replaces police.

We will form our own decentralised militia that replaces the need for centralised military.

We will form our own independent arbitration systems that replace courts.

We will create, define and abide by The Lore Of Morality and rights to replace law and legality.

We will use real democracy, project specific leadership and team work to replace rulership and authority.

We will form our own local peoples council to replace the city council.

We will focus on Contributionism, localised production and strategically efficient operations to become more sustainable and self sufficient in recycling, production, manufacturing, construction, creation, distribution, maintenance and repairs.

We can invent and harness free energy devices inside our homes and vehicles in a decentralised fashion, which reduces our dependency on petrol, oil and centralised power plants.

We can even use an alternative currency like The Freedom Credit to assist us in our transition to a fully circular, zero waste, Eco friendly, resource based economy.

We can offer a free Guardianship program for registering and recording members land, property, vehicles and vessels that offers protection and free services, such as free lifetime number plates and zero fees on anything which you have Loreful ownership.  

Loreful ownership meaning that you came into possession of what is yours by ethical means.  

No more property taxes, sales tax, capital gains tax, transfer fees, registration fees, licensing fees or fines.

Since we don't believe in punishment and revenge and instead utilise the R methodology to find equitable and just solutions to problems, parking tickets and all other fines become null and void for our members, as the issuers don’t have the required jurisdiction to enforce their monetary policies.

We will create our own volunteer operated road competency courses that issue certificates of competency to replace driver licenses.

We will form our own new society, the way we want, peaceful and orderly, prosperous and thriving, and we will form alliances with other like minded towns to increase our strength and fuel our growth to create a world Utopian civilisation.
